Talk to Snowman Yak, he will inform you that someone has stolen all the Rainbow Stockings around Midgard. Your task is to head to Prontera Prison, find Pirate Santa named Kantonio to retriew them. You can exchange those Rainbow Stockings to gifts from Snowman Yak.

Talk to Snowman Yak and select option "Bring me to Jail". Every time you kill Kantonio to receive Rainbow Stockings.
